FAQs

I have already availed two certifications from PSEB (during the 2017–2023 CIP Program). Can I apply?

Yes, you are eligible to apply.

I have availed a training or certification from NAVTTC. Can I apply?

Yes, you are eligible to apply.

How many courses can I take at one time?

A maximum of two courses are allowed at a time.

Is there any fee or hidden charges?

Yes, a minimal charge of up to 20% per course applies, set by the Government of Pakistan directly.

What will be the duration of each course?

Each course runs for a maximum of 6 days / 48 hours (weekdays and weekends).

Is the international certification included, or do I have to pay separately?

The international certification is included. You do not have to pay anything extra.

What is the minimum eligibility criteria?

You must have completed 16 years of education.

I have completed my final semester exams and am waiting for the result. Can I apply?

Yes, you can apply. However, your official final transcript is mandatory for selection.

Is there any age limit?

Yes. The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 50 years.

What is the mode of classes?

Classes are onsite (physical) in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar, and online in Quetta.

Who can apply for Quetta?

For Quetta (online classes), only people with a Balochistan CNIC are eligible to apply.

The course I am interested in is not offered in my preferred city. What should I do?

Course distribution is decided by the funding agency and cannot be changed. You may apply for the course in the nearest city where it is offered. Classes must be attended in person, and travel and accommodation costs are your own responsibility.

Do I need to generate the Pay Order when submitting my application?

No. Please wait until you are shortlisted. We will then guide you through the payment by email or phone.

Do I need to send my Pay Order directly to PSEB?

No. We manage applications and payment submissions. Send the Pay Order only to the address and through the process we share with you. PSEB does not receive submissions from individual candidates.

I have been selected for or am interested in two courses. Should I generate separate Pay Orders or one combined Pay Order for the total amount?

Both are acceptable. A single combined Pay Order is recommended to keep banking simple and reduce bank charges.
